| Come with us and explore the obstacle course at Canmore Nordic Centre. We are planning this trip specifically for those who are coming with us on the West Coast Trail trip, but others are welcome too. Our plan for the day is to practice as many skills as possible that may be required of us on the wct.
This will go ahead rain or shine - after all, the weather conditions could be rainy or sunny on the coast :-)
Some may go on another short hike after our time at the playground. |
