Update a Volunteer's Info

If you wish to change the title, bio or photo for a volunteer without changing any of their volunteer privileges/status:

1. Log in to the web site
    
2. In the left nav click "Volunteer Admin" under "Officer/Administration"
    
3. Find the volunteer in the list and click their Username
    
4. Update their title and Bio and click "Submit"
    

Update a Volunteer's Photo

1. In the left nav, click "Volunteer Photos" under "Officer/Administration"
    

2. Find the volunteer in the list and click their Username
    

3. Use the "Browse" button to find the volunteer's photo on your system
   
   ** Photo MUST be 100x100 pixels, otherwise it will not display properly on the web site
   ** Photo MUST be in GIF format, otherwise it will not upload properly
   ** The filename for the photo is unimportant - the web site will set it accordingly
    

4. Click "Save Volunteer Photo"
