Despite ominous rain showers in the morning - hope prevailed - and a determined group set out for a morning of urban hiking. The trails were much slipperier than I anticipated - so beware on future hikes if it has rained recently. We jumped, swished, splashed, slipped, swung, and slid our way along a lovely urban trail through a wild and natural area that would lead you to believe you were actually out in the country somewhere.
