| Check-in for the CCC's volunteers and members interested in attending. Q&A, and discussion about processes and policies if required. Have dinner and socialize with the other volunteers - it's a great opportunity to get to know other people from our team.\n\n Open to all CCC volunteers, and any active member (2+ events) who are interested in volunteering with us. What a great meeting! With almost double the number of volunteers in attendance from last year's volunteer meeting, 19 CCCers and Ken's mythical wife sat down to a short meeting to discuss CCC business and then a couple of hours of eating, drinking and being merry. We had a private room upstairs at Ed's restaurant and no one left hungry. This was a great opportunity to talk to and meet with other dedicated CCC volunteers. Thank you so much to everyone who came out - not just for your attendance but for all you do for the Calgary Culture Club and its members.
