This is our third visit to Querétaro, and our third visit to the Monarch butterfly sanctuary. It was a beautiful day so the butterflies were very active, similar to the first time we came (and unlike the second). We went again with Uriel and Ana, two of our favorite Queréretaro-ians, Ana’s friend, Quetzali, and two fellow Edmontonians who are staying at our Airbnb (Maggie and Paul).
