| Another glorious day - hail to the Weather Witch! I may have to start charging a weather tax for my events. ;) Despite the long boring approach, this hike is awesome. Going through the short canyon is terrific. I highly recommend doing this hike (down the road all the way to the creek; then, up the trail that starts right beside the creek all the way above the canyon - ie. where the trail re-joins the creek - and then down through the canyon to the \"lunch spot\"... then, up the hill to re-join the trail to return). -- Rhonda
