Too awesome. Great music... very interesting Mexican music from Fernando (12/8 time as explained by my friend, Ben) and my new favorite song, Lincoln Continental by Stereo De Luxe (which got instantly stuck in my head and hasn't budged since... thanks a lot Ryan). After the music, and some interesting discussion, some wine and lots of laughing... wow, so much laughing. I can't wait to hear the first selections from John, Joel and Jason's new band, \"Hell Camel\" (instruments so far include a theremin and a doumbek). After three long years with the COC, Joel finally got his nickname: Joel-Bob Squarepants. Don't ask. ;)
