Technician - AJ R Service Advisor - Mike Kaytor Date: 03/27/2025 Propane System Concern - General Inspection Request: Visually inspected propane system for stove and fridge. System looks ok. Propane tank is empty. Added some propane to tank and tested system for leaks with soapy water. No leaks found. No propane smell inside vehicle. Limited access to propane lines. All lines visible are ok. Engine Compression Test - Customer Requests to determine Health of Engine: Removed dog house and spark plugs. Spark plug wires are newer and spark plugs are in good condition. Performed compression test. All cylinders test between 135 and 145 psi. Compression is good. Cooling System Pressure Test - Coolant level is good. Pressure tested and visually inspected cooling system. Found cooling system lost 1 psi after half an hour. Inspected for leaks and found small leak coming from thermostat housing to intake manifold area. A/C & Heater Operation: A/c compressor is not hooked up. No lines present. Anti-Freeze / Coolant Level & Condition: Only good to -28. Little bit of buildup in radiator. Coolant Strength: Good to - -28° Tires need to be replaced - DONE (details not included here) Shocks / Struts - Your hydraulic suspension components are leaking and need to be replaced. The fluid is used for dampening and cooling and this affects your ride and handling. A wheel alignment may be required after this repair. Left front shock is leaking. Air Filter - During our inspection we found your engine air filter dirty and needs to be replaced at this time. | 745 | |||||
