| Itinerary: |
Ride on the new Banff Legacy Trail from Cascade Ponds (at Banff) to the National Park Gates (Canmore) and back. There's a picnic area west of the gates that we will stop at for lunch on the first leg of the trip.
Approximate Distance: 40km total
Expected Pace: Rhonda Pace - slow. Average maybe 16km/hour.
Edmontonians: Brent and Rhonda will be traveling from Calgary. If folks want to come from Edmonton, we can help plan a carpool for you.
