Gale force winds could not stop nine hearty souls from venturing out on Bowmont Hill on Tuesday evening. Although the wind was strong, the air was quite mild. We enjoyed a vigorous walk up and down several hills, stopping at the small waterfalls on the way. We were treated to a nice sunset - followed by some fairly bright colours. Next time we'll try for a little more red. We were back at the cars before 8 pm. Thanks evyone for joining in and making it such a pleasant evening.
