I was working in Atlanta, and Ben was visiting me. We went to New Orleans in October. It was my first time there, and my first time seeing a cockroach. Bourbon St. had a very thick stench - a combination of ocean, rot, and alcoholism. We really enjoyed the St. James 1 cemetery where we learned a lot about how they deal with the dead below sea level. Also, it was where a scene from Easy Rider was filmed.
