We woke up to a thunderstorm this morning, and we thought that our walk plans were foiled, but the rain stopped, and the not-so-Accu-Weather said that it would not return. We decided to trust it and go for our walk, starting with the Hoodoo Hill trail, which was really cool. As promised, it was hilly for the first section, and we met a man with his two dogs who warned us about a downed wasp nest along the trail with some angry wasps around it. We watched out for that and avoided it, and then returned via the riverside path back to the campground.
