Ya gotta love Ed! I dared him to "no-show" the other 3 registrants who didn't bother showing up and he did! ha ha ha
Thanks to Tim and three other people, and to Geoff for emailing money in for gear he knows well, for coming to our sale and helping raise money for a very noble charity.
The Calgary Boys and Girls Club will be absolutely thrilled with the rest of our gear.
Ed and I agreed over beer later that we had some pretty great times with our gear: memories that won't soon be forgotten.
But we're also glad our days of freezing in the dirt are over. :D
