Ride on the new Banff Legacy Trail from Harvey Heights to the Banff turn off or onward to Banff and back. There's a picnic area west of the gates that we will stop at for lunch on the first leg of the trip.

Approximate Distance: 40km or so total

Expected Pace: Barbara Pace - slow - unless there is a wind pushing me...Weeee! Average maybe 16km/hour.

From Calgary, drive West on Hiway 1 until you get to Canmore. Take the exit to Harvie Heights. There is a parking lot where we will meet to start the cycle just outside the Banff gates.
