Cancelling An Event

  • Click on "Edit" beside the Event name in the event list (under "Volunteers' Area", "Manage Events")
  • Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel This Event and Notify Attendees". This will mark the event as "Cancelled" on the calendar and send out an e-mail notification to registrants. After the date of the event has passed, it will automatically be removed from the calendar, moved to the "Manage Events", "Cancelled (Past)" list, and the registrants are deleted from the list.
  • Note that cancelled events stay on the "Cancelled" list for 90 days after their posted begin date. If you want to save an event for future use, you should future-date it to ensure it is not deleted.
