Cancelling An Event

Click on "Edit" beside the Event name in the event list (under
"Volunteers' Area", "Manage Events",
"Add/Edit Future").

Scroll to the bottom and select the option from the drop down
menu that pertains to you.

"Cancelled - Hide from
Calendar" : The event is removed from the calendar
immediately.

"Cancelled - Show on Calendar (until date passes)"

This will mark the event as "Cancelled" on the
calendar.

** Note
that cancelled events stay on the "Cancelled" list for 90 days
after their posted begin date, and then are automatically
deleted.
If you want to save an event
for future use, you should future-date it to ensure it is not
deleted.
