Cancelling An Event

  • Click on "Edit" beside the Event name in the event list (under "Volunteers' Area", "Manage Events", "Add/Edit Future").

  • Scroll to the bottom and select the option from the drop down menu that pertains to you.
    - "Cancelled - Hide from Calendar" or
    - "Cancelled - Show on Calendar (until date passes)"
    This will mark the event as "Cancelled" on the calendar and send out an e-mail notification to registrants. After the date of the event has passed, it will automatically be removed from the calendar, moved to the "Manage Events", "Cancelled (Past)" list, and the registrants are deleted from the list.

  • Note that cancelled events stay on the "Cancelled" list for 90 days after their posted begin date. If you want to save an event for future use, you should future-date it to ensure it is not deleted.
