Modifying Your Event

  •  Click on "Edit" beside the Event name in the event list (under "Volunteers' Area", "Manage Events", "Add/Edit Future").

  • Make the required changes and save.

  • You may choose to "Hide" your event on the calendar.   You're given these options (drop down menu at the bottom of the page):

    • Active - Show on Calendar

    • Inactive - Draft Form, Do Not Show on Calendar

    • Cancelled - Hide from Calendar

    • Cancelled - Show on Calendar (until date passes)

      ** Note: No notifications will be sent out to the people signed up so use this sparingly and carefully.

  • Deleting Dud Events:  An event CAN be deleted as long as only the coordinators are registered for it.
    If other people HAVE signed up for an event that you'd like to delete, there is a way to get rid of it:
    Make sure it is not posted to the calendar (see options above), and back-date it. This will bump it to the CANCELLED list, and if you back-date it more than three months, the web site will delete it for you overnight.
