				 Click
				on "Edit" beside the Event name in the event list (under
				"Volunteers' Area", "Manage Events",
				"Add/Edit Future").
				
				Make the
				required changes and save.
				
				You may
				choose to "Hide" your event on the calendar.  
				You're given these options (drop down menu at the bottom of the
				page):
				
				
				Active - Show on
				Calendar
				
				Inactive - Draft Form,
				Do Not Show on Calendar
				
				Cancelled - Hide from
				Calendar
				
				Cancelled - Show on Calendar
				(until date passes)
 ** Note: No notifications
				will be sent out to the people signed up so use this sparingly
				and carefully.
				
				Deleting Dud Events: 
				An event CAN be deleted as long as only 
				the coordinators are registered for it.If other people HAVE signed up for an event that you'd like to
				delete, there is a way to get rid of it:
 Make sure it is not posted to the calendar (see options above), and back-date
				it. This will bump it to the CANCELLED list, and if you
				back-date it more than three months, the web site will delete it
				for you overnight.
